AI progress notes, day by day
Start with the admission History & Physical (HMP), then capture each day's encounter and get an ambient-drafted Day N Progress Note. The Note Navigator lays out the HMP and every day's note on a timeline, so you can move across the whole stay without losing your place.
Sign, co-sign, and send to the EHR
Sign your note, route NP, resident, and RN notes for co-signature with attestations, add consultants for multi-team patients, and send the finished note straight to the EHR.
What this means for you
