About Dr. Kalia
I am a clinical neurologist and healthcare AI builder working to improve patient care with artificial intelligence. As the Founder and CEO of SaveLife.AI (formerly NeuroCareAI), I lead the development of multimodal AI that sharpens diagnostic precision, removes steps from clinical workflows, and improves patient outcomes at scale.
With a foundation in neurocritical care and healthcare strategy, I pair deep clinical expertise with modern AI to build real-time clinical decision support that gives healthcare providers a faster, clearer path to the right call. My work follows one mission: make healthcare more predictive, precise, and accessible, especially in underserved regions.
Under my leadership, SaveLife.AI achieved FDA 510(k) clearance (K241719) for NeuroICH, became HITRUST CSF Certified for HIPAA compliance, and made our products freely available to clinicians in all Low and Middle Income Countries (LMICs).
