Patient calls from inside AizaMD
Use the Dialer to reach patients directly from your AizaMD account. Results follow-ups, care-plan check-ins, and prescription clarifications now happen in the same surface where you already document your visits.
Notes generated from the conversation
Every call runs through the same ambient pipeline that powers in-person AizaMD documentation. When the call ends, a structured clinical note lands in your worklist — no separate transcription step, no after-call writeup.
One workflow, one audit trail
Place the call, have the conversation, end the call, review the note. The phone encounter and its documentation are the same record, governed by the same audit and access controls as the rest of your AizaMD chart.
