RadioViewAI Viewer — Upgraded to the latest Cornerstone3D engine

The RadioViewAI viewer now runs on the latest Cornerstone3D v4 rendering engine (OHIF 3.12.5). Studies render faster and scroll more smoothly, and the viewer gains a modern labelmap segmentation toolset that the rest of this release builds on.

A faster, smoother rendering engine

The viewer is upgraded to the latest Cornerstone3D v4 engine. Pan, zoom, and scroll are more responsive on large series, and 3D rendering runs on the current, well-supported toolchain.

Modern labelmap segmentation

The upgrade brings an updated segmentation stack — labelmap tools with interpolation — that the new AI-assisted segmentation depends on.
