AizaMD — Choose which ICD-10 codes sync to your EHR
Two new coding controls land in AizaMD: pick exactly which ICD-10 codes are sent to the EHR on a per-note basis, and decide whether ICD-10 and CPT codes appear on your notes at all. Your coding workflow stays under your control, every note.
What's new
Per-note ICD-10 EHR sync selection
You now decide exactly which ICD-10 codes get sent to the EHR, one note at a time.
- Multi-select your codes — a new selection UI lets you tick exactly which ICD-10 codes should sync with the EHR.
- Smart send safeguard — try to send to the EHR with zero codes selected and AizaMD will confirm before it goes out.
- Cleaner EHR records — only the codes you approved are transmitted; older notes keep working exactly as before.
What you select is what gets sent — no more cleaning up extra codes on the EHR side.
Customize your AI coding experience
A new AI-Assisted Coding section in Personalization lets you toggle whether ICD-10 and CPT codes appear on your notes at all. Want a code-free workflow? Flip them off. One-click control.
Where to find it
Open AizaMD at app.aizamd.ai. The new ICD-10 selection UI appears on every note's EHR sync flow; toggle the coding display from Settings → Personalization → AI-Assisted Coding.
